If you’re a longtime fan of Emily, then you probably know about the independent movie she filmed quite a few years ago called ‘Norman.’ Besides Emily, the movie also stars ‘Cougar Town’ star Dan Byrd and Richard Jenkins. I had the pleasure of seeing the film a few years ago at a film festival and it’s a wonderful movie. Unfortunately, it never got a wide release in theaters, so most people never got the chance to see it. But thankfully the movie has finally gotten a North American distributor. Freestyle Digital Media has acquired the VOD and DVD rights and has set a DVD release date of May 7th, 2013! I highly recommend the film to Emily fans.
