If you just recently signed up for a new account in the gallery, please be patient while you wait for an administrator to activate your account.

If you are having problems logging in to an existing account in the gallery, then please follow the steps below to try to fix the problem:

1. Have you logged in to your account recently? If you haven’t logged in to your account in quite a while, it may have been deleted due to inactivity. If this is the case, please register for a new account.

2. Have you forgotten your password? If you can’t remember your password, or your old password doesn’t seem to be working, please hit the ‘I forgot my password’ text displayed on the login screen and a new password will be sent to you.

If neither of those steps work, please go to to the gallery, click ‘register’ and read the gallery rules and conditions to make sure you were not in violation of any of the gallery rules which may have resulted in your account being suspended. If you think your account may have been suspended due to a rules violation, you are free to discuss the matter with us by contacting us. If you are certain you were not in violation of any of the gallery rules, but the steps above did not work, then please try registering for a new account.
