FOX debuted the first official trailer for “The Resident”. Emily can be seen in some scenes. Watch it here: Also, FOX announced today that the show will be held for mid-season. This means that it won’t premiere in the Fall. Instead, it will likely show up sometime around January of 2018. No word yet on an official release date. I

Great news, everyone! The FOX upfronts aren’t even here yet and it was announced today that Emily’s new show, “The Resident”, has been picked up to series by FOX! No news yet on where it will be in FOX’s schedule but we’ll get news of that next week. As I mentioned, this show will mark Emily’s return to network television.

Pilot season also means network presentation season. The FOX Upfronts will be held on May 15th at 4 PM at the Beacon Theater in New York City. Here we will see the network unveil their upcoming season lineup. This is the event where we will find out if Emily’s “The Resident” will be picked up for the season by FOX
